The Klarenthal district library is located in the Sophie-und-Hans-Scholl-Schule building. You can reach the entrance via Klosterweg. The library is open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9 am to 12.30 pm and from 2.30 pm to 6 pm. The district libraries are closed during the Hessian school vacations.
All district libraries are closed on Shrove Tuesday, February 17.
Around 15,000 books and media for children, young people and adults are available to borrow in modern library rooms: Current novels, non-fiction books, magazines, board games, language courses, learning aids, Tiptoi, Tonies, audio books, radio plays, children's films and video games for the Nintendo Switch.
