Brass Band Hessen
On Saturday, July 26, at 7 pm, the Brass Band Hessen will be performing a concert at the Bürgerhaus Delkenheim. Admission is free.
The band invites you on a journey around the globe and across various musical genres. Original compositions alternate with arrangements penned by Hans-Reiner Schmidt. The band embarks on the Way of St. James, dances in the Balkans and to oriental sounds. A counterpoint is provided by the impressive symphonic poem "Fields of Honor", which dramatically and emotionally describes the events of a battle on the fields of Flanders during the First World War.
Entertaining musical melodies, an excursion into the pop music of the 80s with music by "Queen" and brass band sounds from England, among others, are not to be missed at a concert by the Brass Band Hessen. You can look forward to good entertainment with calm, dreamy melodies and energetic, furious moments in the unmistakable sound of the Brass Band Hessen.
