No appointment is necessary to collect identity documents applied for at the Citizens' Office. Please contact the information desk on the 1st floor.

Note on booking appointments

When making an appointment, please select all the services you require. Appointment times are precisely tailored to the respective service.

If you have several requests, these must be specified in full when booking so that we can allow sufficient time for your appointment.

If not all services are selected correctly, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that your request will be processed. This also leads to delays in the process—at the expense of citizens who arrive on time for their appointments and have booked their requests completely and correctly. We would like to avoid this.
