We operate exclusively by appointment.
Appointments are typically available for the next two weeks via our online scheduling system (opens in a new tab) for the Citizens’ Office and local administrative offices. Additionally, new appointments are added daily and weekly, so it’s worth checking the schedule regularly.
In urgent emergencies, please contact the on-site service desk directly—we’ll be happy to assist you.
When booking an appointment, please select all the services you need. Appointment times are precisely tailored to the specific tasks at hand.
If you have multiple issues to address, these must be listed in full at the time of booking so that we can schedule sufficient time for your appointment.
If not all services are selected correctly, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that your issues will be addressed. Furthermore, this leads to delays in the process—at the expense of citizens who arrive on time for their appointments and have booked their requests completely and correctly. We’d like to avoid that.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
Note on the Tax ID:
You will generally receive your tax ID by mail from the Federal Central Tax Office (opens in a new tab) (BZSt) or can find it on official documents such as your tax assessment notice.
