Note on booking appointments

Please select all the services you require when making an appointment. The appointment times are precisely coordinated with the respective processing.

If you have several requests, these must be stated in full at the time of booking so that we can schedule sufficient time for your appointment.

If not all services are selected correctly, we will unfortunately not be able to guarantee processing. This also leads to delays in the process - to the detriment of citizens who keep their appointments on time and have booked their requests completely and correctly. We would like to avoid this.
