The association "Kreativfabrik Wiesbaden e.V." is an active part of the lively cultural scene in Wiesbaden. In the building of the former butcher's shop on the Schlachthof site, the association runs a cultural center with a diverse program of events, rents out affordable rehearsal rooms to young, local music bands and offers space for initiatives, groups and seminars from the cultural and social environment.

The association is committed to the goals of the cultural park initiative and is involved in the implementation of a cultural park on the former slaughterhouse site. The Kreativfabrik works out of the conviction that there are a lot of young people in Wiesbaden with many good ideas. These are worth trying out and realizing - even away from the cultural mainstream and commercial interests.

The Kreativfabrik has been making a valuable cultural contribution to Wiesbaden since it began hosting events in spring 2009. Whether singer-songwriter, rock and roll, metal, electro, hip-hop or reggae, classical theater or improvisational theater: there are no genre boundaries.
