The Emma & Co Theater Workshop is a place where theater and performance come to life. It is a space for rehearsing, teaching, and performing. It serves as a meeting place for theater professionals to exchange ideas and experiment, as well as for theater enthusiasts who want to explore new paths and find their stage.

The focus is particularly on the themes of memory culture, women, and diversity. Diversity, full participation, and equality are essential for the Theaterwerkstatt’s work and society. Intergenerational and inclusive encounters go without saying—the workshop is fully accessible.

Theater classes and workshops are also offered: expressing yourself playfully and creatively on stage, discovering your own talents, and simply giving it a try. The fundamentals of acting—language, body awareness, improvisation, and text work—are taught through appropriate exercises. The joy of performing is what matters most.
