Your neighbor has a camera on her front door. Your coworker wears a bodycam. Freedom or control? How do we negotiate these boundaries when our answers differ?
With Deep Democracy, we experience a new way of dealing with tensions. Here, we don’t judge—we negotiate. There is no right or wrong. “NO” isn’t a disruptive factor—it reveals a different perspective. You’ll experience how this works without creating division in “The Negotiation.” What’s needed is curiosity and a willingness to truly listen to others.
