The health of citizens is central to social cohesion and the future of our healthcare system. Prevention plays a key role in this - but how can vulnerable groups in particular be reached? The project uses participatory design processes to develop practical solutions in four Wiesbaden neighborhoods. It starts with social dialogues in a world café format, in which challenges are discussed and ideas are developed together. These will be further elaborated in design thinking workshops. The entire project follows the principles of universal design in order to involve as many people as possible and make quiet voices heard. The aim is to change perspectives towards more prevention, participation and sustainable public health.

The finale is on October 25, 2026 with the big "My healthy Wiesbaden" campaign day. In the former Sportcheck Arena from 11:00-18:00, you can discuss the solutions from the workshops, find out about various health offers and get active yourself at many hands-on stations. Exciting presentations and a colorful supporting program invite everyone to get involved with the topic of health.
