As already stated in public discussions, the Cultural Advisory Board expects that, if the project is implemented, the necessary funds will be added to the culture budget. This applies not only to the construction and planning costs, or rather their repayment, but also to the subsequent ongoing operating and/or funding costs. 

On this point, there was agreement between the municipal authorities and the Cultural Advisory Board at the meeting of the Cultural Advisory Board on January 20, which was attended by Mayor Mende.

The renovation and operation cannot be covered by the city's current culture budget.
