Christiane Mader's works are created at the interface between photography, painting, drawing and collage - using both classical and experimental approaches as well as a wide range of materials and techniques.

For over 20 years, art education, passing on knowledge, promoting talent and helping to develop ideas have been the main components of her art education work. Be it in projects in cooperation with schools, creative team building for companies, freelance work in museums in the Rhine-Main region or painting and drawing lessons in her studio in the Westend district of Wiesbaden.

Courses often take place in small groups and are just as suitable for those interested "without painting and drawing experience" as they are for creative people with previous knowledge. Not only does Christiane Mader's knowledge of many different classical painting and drawing techniques flow into the course, but also picture design, art history, experimental aspects or chatting from the sewing box of an artist.

Participants' wishes are always welcome. The focus is on learning while having fun and finding your own visual language.
