Heinz Lewin in Valhalla
In 1906, the Wiesbaden-based composer Heinz Lewin premiered his operetta "Der Kurzschluss" at the Walhalla. A documentary about him also features recent footage shot at the Walhalla.
Local historian Carol Falling has published her research on the Jewish musician Heinz Lewin in a documentary. Born in Wiesbaden in 1888, Heinz Lewin was murdered in Auschwitz in 1942.
