On the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the town twinning between Wiesbaden and Klagenfurt, a delegation from Austria visited the Hessian state capital on June 8, 1990.

At a festive reception in the banqueting hall of the town hall, the speakers from both cities praised the successes to date and declared their intention to make further efforts to expand political, social and cultural exchange in the future.

Afterwards, the guests signed the city's Golden Book, as they did when the partnership agreement was signed.
