At the invitation of the spa administration, Mayor Kluge gave the Norwegian Foreign Minister, who was on a private visit to Wiesbaden, a tour of the city.

He was particularly interested in the hot springs and housing construction, as he explained during his subsequent entry in the Golden Book.
