The Wiesbaden Social Services and Job Center would like to help you improve your health. Through a partnership with statutory health insurance providers, we are able to offer you a wide range of health courses. These offerings are tailored to your personal interests and needs. You can choose from various health courses and select the one that best suits your current situation. The diverse course offerings include, for example (depending on availability), yoga, mindfulness, back exercises, etc. 
Through health-promoting activities, you can actively improve your well-being step by step.
Please note: You do not need to consult your health insurance provider, and these services are free of charge for you. Registration and the issuance of participation vouchers take place at the Wiesbaden Social Services and Job Center during a personal consultation with your case manager.
