The current educational institution is responsible for providing educational guidance on the next stage of education (example: secondary level 1 schools advise their pupils on the transition to secondary level 2 or into training or the transition system. To this end, they cooperate with school (especially secondary schools) and non-school stakeholders (such as the Federal Employment Agency, school social work, Hessencampus Wiesbaden). Hessencampus Wiesbaden also offers educational counseling for people who are not currently affiliated with an educational institution.

Hessencampus Wiesbaden sees itself as a service provider for educational institutions and as an institution that deals with the topic of education in Wiesbaden from two sides. Lifelong learning and education for life are the key words!

On the one hand, Hessencampus offers all people in Wiesbaden individual educational advice across all institutions in the sense of lifelong learning. The advice covers all issues relating to training, further and continuing education as well as vocational, cultural, social and political education. Educational counseling is free of charge and cross-carrier.

On the other hand, it creates more transparency and clarity in Wiesbaden's educational landscape. Good and collaborative cooperation is particularly important for this.

The Hessencampus Wiesbaden is an initiative of the state of Hesse in cooperation with the state capital of Wiesbaden, the adult education center, the vocational schools and the schools for adults.
