The adult education center performs the mandatory municipal task of public continuing education in accordance with the Hessian Continuing Education Act for all population groups at every stage of life and offers high-quality education at an affordable price.

The educational offerings range from courses and lectures on political and social topics, philosophical seminars, cultural offerings, languages, professional orientation offerings and concrete support in the workplace, such as IT and self-management courses, to health education and raising awareness of the processes in nature.

The adult education centers supplement the continuing education offerings in the city districts. As a "local adult education center" and corporate member of the Wiesbaden Adult Education Center, they are certified providers of continuing education. They offer programs with courses, educational trips, culture and much more. As a place of learning, culture and communication, they are aimed at people from all social groups with a wide range of offers.
