Danger of forest fires
The extremely hot and dry summers of recent years have once again highlighted the importance of the forest fire warning levels. In this section you can find out what to do at the five warning levels from green (lowest) to purple (highest).
Forest fire danger classification by alert level between March and October: Alert Level 1 (green) is in effect for the week of April 22–28. No further measures are required.
