The summer vacations are sometimes the best time to try your hand at creativity, together with like-minded people and professionals who provide helpful tips and tricks.

The short film project filmreif for 14 to 17-year-olds kicks things off and is celebrating its twentieth edition this year. There is always room for innovative new forms of media design at the media center and so, together with the Federal Association of Youth and Film, the media center is offering a seminar on filmmaking with AI for 14 to 26-year-olds from all over Germany and has been able to attract the renowned Berlin filmmaker and media artist Vincent Rabas-Kolominsky. Among other things, he works in the film department of the Federal Agency for Civic Education. Lunch is included in the participation fee for both the filmreif and KI seminars. Under certain conditions, the media center will grant a discount on the participation fee.

For all those who simply want to get a taste of creative work with different media, we recommend the four-hour summer holiday workshops in cooperation with the Office for Social Work, wi&you: "Schöne Ferien".

There are still places available for most of the courses! The registration deadline for filmreif and the KI seminar is July 25.
