What parents can expect from this daycare center:

Omnibus e.V. is a parents' initiative for the family-supplementary education of children. Since 1983, children between the ages of 1 and 6 have been individually supported and cared for in two comfortably furnished groups. For children between the ages of 1 and 3, there is a crèche group, the so-called 'caterpillar group'. This is where the youngest children have their first regular contact with other children of the same age and their teachers. As the children get older, their interests naturally change. The caterpillars become butterflies. A change from the caterpillar group to the butterfly group is possible and desired in most cases. The butterfly group is a mixed-age group for children between the ages of 2 and 6. A team of 6 teachers is available to look after the 25 children. This results in an excellent childcare ratio, which allows us to respond very intensively to each individual child. As a parents' initiative, we are particularly reliant on each individual parent contributing supportively and creatively to the group in order to keep the two groups running smoothly. It is precisely this proactive work that creates a special sense of togetherness and enables new ideas to be taken up quickly and implemented immediately by majority vote.
