Support programs
Funding programs and project financing make it possible to develop and implement specific, tailor-made concepts for special target groups. There are currently four programs.

The State of Hesse’s Training and Qualification Budget (AQB) is funding four projects aimed at integrating particularly disadvantaged young people into the training and labor markets.
The five AQB projects are:
- Fit for Work (FiB)
- Into the Workplace (HiB)
- Perfect Dinner
- School Social Work in Intensive Classes
- Time for You
-
The Hessian Ministry of Culture, Education, and Opportunities in the State of Hesse funds particularly innovative and practical projects to promote employment using its own resources as well as funds from the European Social Fund (ESF+).
"PUSCH – Practice and School" is one of these projects. The Youth School Social Work program provides social-educational support at two integrated comprehensive schools in Wiesbaden.
-
Thanks to co-funding from the Employment Agency, the school social work program for youth is able to offer numerous services designed to provide in-depth career guidance and preparation for career choices (career guidance measures under Section 48 of SGB III). A list of these services can be found in the PDF document below:
