Wiesbaden offers various Park & Ride facilities to relieve traffic in the city center and offer commuters a convenient alternative to looking for a parking space. These facilities make it possible to leave the car on the outskirts of the city and conveniently reach the city center by public transport.

Park+Ride parking spaces at Auringen-Medenbach station
Commuters now have access to a Park+Ride lot at the Auringen-Medenbach train station. An initial basic service has been set up on short notice and is available free of charge. The Ländchesbahn takes you from the Auringen-Medenbach station to Wiesbaden Central Station in just 17 minutes.
An expansion of the Park+Ride service is currently being planned.
Notes on use
- Park & Ride lots are generally accessible around the clock.
- Vehicles may usually be parked for a maximum of 24 hours.
- Observe the signs on site to ensure that your vehicle is properly parked.
- The use of Wiesbaden's Park & Ride parking lots is free of charge - with one exception in the city area.
- In the parking guidance system, the Salzbachaue parking lot between the main train station and Gartenfeldstraße is listed as a Park & Ride parking lot, is also passively signposted as such and is subject to a charge.
