There are five age groups. In the groups of 10 to 13-year-olds and 14 to 20-year-olds, there is a separate classification for girls and boys. Anyone aged 10 and over can take part. The participation fee is 1 euro.

The aim is to promote sporting activity, facilitate encounters and strengthen togetherness in the district.

The award ceremony is planned for 4 p.m. and will be held by Social Affairs Officer Dr. Patricia Becher. "The high-rise run is more than just a sporting competition. It brings people from the district together, creates encounters and strengthens the sense of community," emphasizes Dr. Patricia Becher. "I'm delighted to be holding the award ceremony - because events like this show how lively and committed our districts are and how important it is to create spaces for participation."

All participants will receive a certificate as well as food and drink vouchers. Vouchers will also be awarded for 1st to 3rd place in each category. Spectators will also be catered for: in addition to the sporting program, there will be coffee, cake and snacks.
