The principle of RUN5 is quickly explained: five people form a team, each person runs a five-kilometre stage before the baton is handed over to the next person in the transition zone. The transition zone is located in the middle of the event area, surrounded by the team stands and fans at the edge of the course. This creates a unique team feeling. The atmospheric event village with a presenter and DJ as well as a wide range of catering options rounds off the team experience. The event time in the late afternoon, the central location that is easily accessible by public transport, a simple digital registration process and the option of having your own team stands as a meeting point on the event site make the RUN5 TEAMSTAFFEL the perfect team event for companies.
Route runs through the spa gardens
The RUN5 TEAMSTAFFEL Wiesbaden route leads from Kurhausplatz through the Kurpark and offers a special team experience - regardless of ability level. The route is designed to be manageable for all participants and to make it easier to get into regular exercise. The company relay race has been held in Hamburg for 18 years and attracts 10,000 runners every year. The RUN5 TEAMSTAFFEL Hamburg will be the starting point for the new Germany-wide RUN5 series of company relay races in 2026.
