Start now with ÖKOPROFIT+Klima
With the ÖKOPROFIT+Klima module, the state capital of Wiesbaden is expanding the range of services offered by the nationally established environmental consulting and climate protection program. In addition to certification in environmental management, this offers a climate balance sheet for the location.
Companies that want to become environmentally and climate fit can achieve two goals at once with the extended ECOPROFIT+Climate offer. The new ECOPROFIT+Climate module offers companies and organizations the basis for effective climate management in addition to recognized environmental management.
The participating companies:
- prepare a carbon footprint in accordance with a globally recognized standard for measuring and managing greenhouse gas emissions (Greenhouse Gas Protocol including Scope 3 emissions),
- develop a strategy with concrete steps to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, save energy and conserve resources and
- receive legal certainty and, after successful completion, certification in environmental management as an Ökoprofit company.
As part of nine workshops and four consultation sessions, the companies are supported in improving their own environmental and climate performance and at the same time achieving cost savings.
