Service-oriented availability
Extension of office hours and the new service number for accessing files for more service and customer friendliness.
The clerks in the building supervision department can be reached by telephone on all days during normal office hours. However, if the employees are unable to take a call in person, you can simply send your request by e-mail directly to the assigned organizational mailbox. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Archive building files
The building inspection archive has its own service number. You can call 31-6509 to address your inquiries and to view files directly to the archive.
Service hotline
Our general service hotline 31-3600 will remain in place. Both service numbers will be available as usual on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and Wednesdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
