From December 1, 2025, you will be able to submit your building applications, preliminary building inquiries and applications for deviations, exceptions and exemptions in accordance with the Hessian Building Code for projects in Wiesbaden completely digitally via the Hesse Building Portal.

We are pleased to be able to implement the long-standing wishes of building owners and architects for a modern, fast and transparent process. For you, this means: no more paper, no more postage and shorter processing times overall.

After a one-time registration in the Hesse Building Portal, you will be guided through the entire process in a simple dialog - from the application to the issuing of the decision to the completion of the building project.

From December 1, 2025, please only submit your applications digitally via the construction portal. We will no longer be able to accept applications in paper form from this date.
