On December 16, 2021, the city council resolved to carry out the first concept procedures for the municipal properties. In the years 2022 to 2025, the first concept procedure in the state capital of Wiesbaden was successfully carried out for a community housing project under the motto "Wohnen am Park/ Wohnen für Viele" in the Bierstadt-Nord development area.

  Planning objective: Construction of communal facilities and apartments for various target groups on a former school site in the old town center of Breckenheim.

Three further concept procedures are planned for the Bierstadt-Nord construction area under the following mottos:

• CvO Klarenthal (formerly Carl-von-Ossietzky-Schule)
  Planning objective: Allocation of 50 percent of the space in the concept procedure against the backdrop of the rules of sustainable urban development.
