With the "Wiesbaden Engagiert!" strategy, the city of Wiesbaden promotes and supports the social commitment of companies in Wiesbaden. Various programs and offers support responsible corporate management.
Companies as strong partners in the community
"Wiesbaden Engagiert!" stands for a variety of initiatives and programs of the state capital Wiesbaden, in which companies are involved as strong partners for the community. Concrete cooperation between players from the business community and non-profit organizations strengthens social cohesion. The companies take their social responsibility seriously and benefit themselves in the process.
The Wiesbaden Office for Social Work is a member of the nationwide UPJ network for corporate citizenship and CSR. In 2014, the European Commission awarded the City of Wiesbaden the European Business Award in the category "Responsible and Inclusive Entrepreneurship" for its "Wiesbaden Engagiert!" strategy.
The "Wiesbaden Engagiert!" strategy is managed by the Business Cooperation Unit in the Office for Social Work.
