Wellritzhof Children's Center

The children's center is located within a green oasis in the middle of the lively and vibrant West End. With its courtyard, garden, play and circus arena, it offers children space for different experiences and adventures.

Leisure activities for children aged six to eleven:

  • Play meeting: whether you make yourself comfortable on the couch, play, do handicrafts and paint - there are lots of great things to discover.
  • Circus arena: sport and exercise, romping around, climbing, juggling, playing soccer. A lot is possible in the arena!
  • Workshop: Here children can let their imagination run wild and paint, do handicrafts or make pottery. There are no limits to creativity!
  • Wellritzhof: Riding bikes or inline skates, running around, building waterways and having a picnic - at Wellritzhof, everything that is fun outdoors is possible!
  • The garden also grows lots of tasty things like fruit, vegetables and herbs.
  • Kitchen: The kitchen regularly smells of delicious treats. Children can try their hand at cooking here and bake, cook or simply help out if they wish.
  • Gallery: Exhibitions by children for children: Many pictures, photos or works of art are presented here - simply beautiful!
  • Excursions, vacation activities and camps
  • Wendo self-assertion and self-defense courses for girls aged 6-10. Course dates on request.
  • Die Umwelt-Dedektive: A participation project for children in cooperation with the ELW.
  • Learning groups for children who want to learn German and would like support at school.
