KiTa profile
What parents can expect from this daycare center:
You’ll find a small, family-like Protestant kindergarten with a very friendly and dedicated team. By experiencing a sense of community in our daycare and interacting with one another, children learn social skills. Self-confidence and initiative form the foundation for sustainable learning processes. These are fostered by involving the children in shaping their daily routines. Religious education introduces children to religious holidays and customs and teaches them values such as love for one’s neighbor and respect for others. The children have the opportunity to engage with their environment, their challenges, their friends, and more—whether through free play or guided play. After all, play means learning in a way that is appropriate for children. We support children in developing their individual personalities so that they can develop a positive self-image. We teach them how to properly handle and value materials and toys, which influences their consumption habits. Language education promotes communication skills. Through this, children learn to express themselves—for example, to resolve conflicts or articulate their needs and feelings. By exploring our nature-inspired outdoor area, children are able to learn to assess their own abilities and test their limits. The development of physical skills through movement forms the foundation for overall development. Free play allows children to practice fine motor skills, thereby developing their creativity and preserving their imagination. Through group work, small-group activities, and specialized programs, children acquire subject-specific skills and appropriate learning behaviors, which are prerequisites for starting school. Our daycare center is distinguished by its existing educational philosophy and our commitment to quality improvement.
