Youth culture funding 2026: Secure up to 500 euros for your own projects now
The Office for Social Work and the Cultural Office of the State Capital of Wiesbaden are once again offering joint youth culture funding in 2026. Young people between the ages of 14 and 25 who would like to realize an artistic project can receive funding of up to 500 euros.
“Through our collaboration with the Cultural Affairs Office, we can continue to offer our accessible support programs for young people in Wiesbaden and help them bring their creative ideas to life. It is particularly important to us to give young people the space to pursue their own artistic projects,” said Dr. Patricia Becher, Head of Social Affairs.
Whether recording a song, shooting a short film, or developing a play—young people can explore all artistic disciplines.
“The initial launch of the funding program has shown that young people in Wiesbaden feel the need to express themselves creatively from an early age. With this financial support, we aim to specifically strengthen these artistic ideas. The youth culture funding program builds an important bridge between emerging young creatives and Wiesbaden’s established cultural scene, thereby contributing to a vibrant cultural landscape,” said Dr. Hendrik Schmehl, Head of the Cultural Affairs Department.
The funding program will initially run until Thursday, December 31, provided that the corresponding funds have not been exhausted beforehand.
