Seniors' Advisory Council invites you to the classic movie "The Melody of the Heart"
In cooperation with the Murnau-Filmtheater, the Seniors' Advisory Council in the state capital of Wiesbaden invites you to the "Film classics in the afternoon" series. The film "The Melody of the Heart" from 1929 will be shown on Wednesday, May 6, at 3:30 pm.
The event will take place at the Murnau Film Theater, located at Murnaustraße 6. Admission is 6 euros for all age groups. About the film: The young Hungarian hussar János wants to leave the military. He is saving up for a horse, with which he hopes one day to achieve modest prosperity and start a small transport business. He falls in love with the farm girl Julia Balog, who has found work as a maid in Budapest. But when Julia loses her job, she falls into the clutches of the unscrupulous rooming house agent Czibulka.
