Candidates for the cultural advisory board election
With a deadline of Friday, April 24, Wiesbaden citizens aged 16 and over were able to apply for the Cultural Advisory Board - as were people who do not live in Wiesbaden but are involved in cultural activities here.
The Cultural Advisory Board’s office has announced the receipt of 42 eligible nominations. These candidates are vying for seven seats in cultural sectors and six sector-independent seats. Starting Wednesday, May 27, and through Tuesday, June 23, at 4:00 p.m., Wiesbaden residents aged 16 and older will be able to vote on the nominations for the first time in an online election. Starting Wednesday, May 27, login credentials can be requested.
The candidates for the 2026 Cultural Advisory Board election are:
· In the “Visual Arts” category: Lavinia Baumstark, Titus Grab, Ralf Haberich, Sabine Schuchart, Dr. Christa Sturm
· In the “Performing Arts” category: Micki Bertling, Susanne Müller, Elena O’Connor
· In the “Film, Photography, and Electronic Media” category: Nadine Tannreuther, Andrea Wink
· In the “Cultural Heritage, City History, and Customs” category: Dr. Tanja Bernsau, Philipp Grillich, Ann-Kathrin Hartenbach, Harald Kuntze
· In the “Literature” category: Alexander Pfeiffer
· In the “Music” category: Clemens Bosselmann, Saskia Osterhold, Peter Reese, Sabine Schulz, Christian Strauß, Danilo Tepsa, Jan-Filip Tupa
· In the “Socioculture” category: Marian Drabosenik, Marianne Friedrich, Arnd Mommsen, Tatjana Aleksandrovna Schneider
