Press release of the state capital Wiesbaden

Closure of Raiffeisenstraße: buses will be rerouted

Due to the closure of Raiffeisenstraße in Bierstadt, there will be restrictions and adjustments to bus services from Monday, May 4 to Friday, May 8. This affects routes 17, 27, N11 and the school bus service.

Toward Klarenthal/Frauenstein: The regular route will be maintained up to the “Dresdener Ring” stop. The detour will then proceed via Am Wolfsfeld, Oberlinstraße, Kloppenheimer Straße, Igstadter Straße, and Venatorstraße before returning to the regular route. The “Raiffeisenstraße” and “Leipziger Straße” stops will be skipped during the specified time period. All stops along the detour route will be served.

Trips toward Wolfsfeld are not affected by this measure.

These changes should be taken into account when planning trips, and extra time should be allowed if necessary. Further general information is available at the timetable boxes at the affected stops. Current timetable information can also be found on the interactive route map at www.netzplan-wiesbaden.de (opens in a new tab). An overview of all detour notices is available at www.eswe-verkehr.de (opens in a new tab)

The ESWE Transportation Service Hotline is available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at (0611) 45022450. Timetable and fare information is also available via the Rhein-Main Transport Association hotline, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at (069) 24248024.
