Literary and Poetic Encounters at WerkRaum Wiesbaden
On Thursday, September 3, Wiesbaden-based author Andreas Lukas will be a guest at WerkRaum, Langgasse 5-9, at the Stadtmuseum am Markt.
From 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., he invites you to a medley of prose, poetry, and texts set to music under the title “Literary and Lyrical Encounters.” The event is part of “10 Years of sam | Gläsernes Museum im WerkRaum.” Admission is free.
The evening will focus on observations and stories about everyday life and human encounters. Andreas Lukas will read from his works, highlighting habits, longings, and the small moments of togetherness. The program will feature passages such as “Whenever I in the morning …” from the novel “Welten-Gewitter” and “Window by the Sea …” from “Unser blauer Diamant.”
The readings will be complemented by a new genre from the author: in his poetry songs, Andreas Lukas combines his own lyrics with music. The result is a literary and musical evening that brings together different facets of his work.
