Aukammtal Thermal Baths to Close for Annual Maintenance and Renovation Work

The Aukammtal Thermal Baths are using their annual closure period to carry out extensive cleaning, maintenance, and renovation work. The goal is to continue offering guests a high level of comfort and a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere in the future.

The sauna area will be closed from Monday, August 24, through Sunday, September 20. The swimming area will be closed from Monday, August 31, through Sunday, September 20. 

During the closure, in addition to the annual deep cleaning, important maintenance and renovation work will be carried out. At the same time, the new sauna area is expected to be completed. After reopening, guests can look forward to a modernized and high-quality sauna area that will offer even more comfort and a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. 

The Aukammtal Thermal Bath is expected to reopen on Monday, September 21, at its usual hours. Guests will then be able to use both the swimming area and the new, modernized sauna area again. 

“We make targeted use of the annual closure period to carry out necessary work and, at the same time, further improve the quality of our offerings. We are especially looking forward to presenting the new sauna area to our guests after the reopening,” said Thomas Baum, operations manager at mattiaqua.
