This program is designed for women who already have practical experience with AI. It is not intended for beginners. It is aimed at participants who are already using AI and would like to further develop their knowledge through concrete use cases. 

The focus is on collaborative experimentation, professional exchange, and working on participants’ own ideas and projects. Participants learn from one another, share their experiences, and jointly develop solutions for applying AI in their professional and personal lives. 

“Artificial intelligence will continue to transform our daily lives and our work environments. That’s why it’s important to incorporate diverse experiences and perspectives into its use. The ‘AI Open Learning Lab for Women’ puts women’s perspectives at the center,” says Maral Koohestanian, Director of Smart City, Europe, and Public Order. 

Each session begins with a thematic presentation on current developments, methods, or fields of application in artificial intelligence. Participants then work individually or in small groups on their own questions and projects. They are guided in this process by experienced AI coach Karin Siepmann. 

“The ‘AI Open Learning Lab’ isn’t about learning as many tools as possible. Participants should learn to use AI confidently and effectively to address their own questions. The group discussion helps them learn from one another and discover new solutions,” adds Karin Siepmann, the program’s initiator. 

The “AI Open Learning Lab for Women” will take place from Monday, August 3, through Monday, December 14, every Monday from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Zukunftswerk Wiesbaden in the Luisenforum, Kirchgasse 6, 2nd floor by the bridge. 

Participation is free of charge. Participants are asked to bring their own laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
