Work on Platter Street Expanded
Following the water main break on Platter Street, the emergency response teams on site will extend their work by one week.
As part of the replacement of the supply line, utility connections in the affected area are now also being replaced. Since the ground there is mostly rocky, the eight boreholes required for trenchless installation are taking more time.
However, the construction project will be completed during the school break, by Friday, August 7.
