Since its launch in April 2023, the app has become an integral part of passengers’ daily lives. Since its launch, the “ESWE Tickets” app has been downloaded a total of approximately 111,000 times on Android and iOS platforms. Here’s an overview of the key new features:

• Group Day Pass: This popular ticket can now be booked directly via the app. Ideal for group outings in the region.
• Internationalization: To make it easier for international guests to access public transit, the entire app will also be available in English in the future.
• Personalized home screen: Users can now decide for themselves what they want to see first when they open the app. In the settings, the home screen can be customized to display either route information or the “My Tickets” section.

The app has also taken the next step visually: The design has been further adapted to ESWE Verkehr’s corporate identity. The most visible sign of the update is the completely new, modern app icon on the smartphone screen.
