Local councils meet
The Frauenstein, Südost, Naurod, Nordenstadt, Nordost and Rheingauviertel/Hollerborn local councils will be meeting next week. At the public meetings, citizens have the opportunity to ask questions before the agenda is taken up.

The Frauenstein Local Advisory Council will meet on Tuesday, June 9, at 6:00 p.m., in the fire station meeting room, located at Kirschblütenstraße 24. Topics on the agenda include municipal heat planning, the emptying of trash cans in high-traffic areas of Frauenstein, slope stabilization on Herrnberg, the restoration of bell ringing at the Frauenstein funeral hall, and funding.
The Southeast Local Advisory Board will meet on Tuesday, June 9, at 7 p.m., at St. Josef’s Hospital, Bernhard von Langenbeck Room, Level 0, Beethovenstraße 20. The local council members will discuss, among other things, municipal heating planning, funding, guidelines for the allocation of funds by the Southeast Local Council, and traffic in the Dichterviertel.
The Naurod Local Advisory Board will meet on Tuesday, June 9, at 7 p.m., at the Forum Naurod, large hall, Kellerskopfstraße 4. The agenda includes municipal heating planning, the redesign of Obergasse in the area of the new plaza, ensuring local supply, and funding.
The Nordenstadt Local Council will meet on Wednesday, June 10, at 7 p.m., at the Nordenstadt Community Center, Community Hall, Hessenring 46. The local council members will discuss, among other things, municipal heating planning, funding, the district youth representative for Nordenstadt, the next steps in the Community Center Site ideas competition, and the installation of a crosswalk between the municipal daycare center on Kiebitzweg and the sidewalk or green space in Hainpark.
The Northeast Local Advisory Board will meet on Wednesday, June 10, at 7 p.m., at City Hall, Room 22, Schlossplatz 6. The agenda includes, among other items, an update on Absentee Voting District 99024 for the local elections, municipal heat planning, local supply in the Komponistenviertel, the sound stations on the forest adventure trail, establishing contact with the owners of the wall at Emser Straße/Schwalbacher Straße/Platter Straße, and funding.
The Rheingauviertel/Hollerborn Local Advisory Board will meet on Thursday, June 11, at 7 p.m. in the event hall of the Hilde-Müller-Haus, Wallufer Platz 2. The meeting will address, among other things, municipal heat planning, funding, the start of construction for the redesign of Wallufer Platz in 2026, the traffic routing plan in connection with the introduction of the bicycle lane on Rüdesheimer Straße, and the markings on Homburger Straße for cyclists.
