Clubs, initiatives, educational institutions, social service organizations, and other committed stakeholders are invited to help shape the action week with their own activities. A wide variety of formats are possible—from workshops, lectures, and readings to sports and cultural activities, as well as open-format gatherings and creative initiatives.

We are looking for activities that highlight volunteerism, bring people together, foster connections, and build bridges between generations and different walks of life. Existing or regularly scheduled activities can also be included in the program. Participants are free to choose the date, location, and format of their initiatives. The calendar of events for Civic Engagement Week will be published this summer. Those interested are asked to register their initiatives by Friday, July 31, at the latest, at umfragen.wiesbaden.de/abfrage_woche_des_engagements (opens in a new tab).
