Leichtweiß Cave Opens
On Wednesday, April 1, the Leichtweiß Cave will open its doors for the first time this year from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Visitors can explore the interior of the cave with the cave guide and learn more about the fascinating story of the 18th-century poacher Heinrich Anton Leichtweiß.
The tour is free and does not require advance registration. Afterward, visitors can take a walk through the Rabengrund or enjoy a picnic at one of the nearby shelters.
The cave is open through October 2026 on Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and on Sundays from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
