Nauroder Äppelblütefest: Buses will be rerouted
The traditional apple blossom festival invites you to join in the celebrations again this year from Friday to Monday, May 8 to 11.
The festival area runs along Auringer Straße. As a result, buses on routes 16, 20, 21, 22, and N10 will follow a modified route during the festival. The road closure will be lifted on Tuesday morning.
To ensure everyone can attend without worry and without the stress of finding parking, ESWE Verkehr is once again offering the popular event ticket this year. The ticket costs €5.20 (adults) or €3 (children) and entitles the holder to round-trip travel on public transit throughout the entire 6500 fare zone (Wiesbaden, Mainz, and surrounding areas) on the day of the event. It is valid until 5 a.m. the following day or until the end of the last Nightliner service. The event ticket is available wherever tickets are sold: at all advance sales offices, at ticket vending machines, and from the driver. Important: The ticket is only valid if it has been validated for both the outbound and return trips.
Further general information is available at the timetable display cases at the affected stops. Current timetable information can also be found in the interactive route map at www.netzplan-wiesbaden.de (opens in a new tab). An overview of all detour notices is available at www.eswe-verkehr.de (opens in a new tab).
The ESWE Transport Service Hotline is available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at (0611) 45022450.
