Design and monument advisory board meets
The next public meeting of the Design and Monument Advisory Board of the State Capital of Wiesbaden will take place on Wednesday, May 27, from 2 p.m. in the administration building at Gustav-Stresemann-Ring 15, Montreux/San Sebastian room, on the first floor.
The following items are on the agenda:
· Nordenstadt Community Center: New construction of a multipurpose hall, local administration office, and fire station (Nordenstadt)
· Helene Lange School: New construction and comprehensive renovation (Southeast)
· East of Leibnizstraße: Neighborhood square and play areas (Bierstadt/Sonnenberg)
· Kochbrunnenplatz: Redesign (historic site; City Center)
· Schläferskopf: Renovation and repurposing (historic building; Dotzheim)
The Design and Heritage Advisory Board is an independent advisory body tasked with ensuring architectural quality and building culture in Wiesbaden. Its assessments focus on integration into the urban context, design and functional optimization, as well as cost-effectiveness and sustainability.
