Local councils meet
The Nordenstadt, Breckenheim, Dotzheim and Bierstadt local councils will be meeting next week. At the public meetings, citizens have the opportunity to ask questions before the agenda is taken up.

The Nordenstadt Local Council will meet on Tuesday, May 12, at 7 p.m., in the Nordenstadt Community Center, Community Hall, Hessenring 46. Among other things, the meeting will address the budget proposals for 2027/2028.
The Breckenheim Local Advisory Council will meet on Wednesday, May 13, at 6 p.m. at the Breckenheim Community Center, Lärchenweg 2. The local advisory board members will discuss, among other things, municipal heating planning, budget proposals for 2027/2028, the status of plans for the “New Breckenheim Center and the conversion of the Protestant parish hall into a multifunctional center,” the tribute to Willi Blankemeyer, and funding.
The Dotzheim Local Advisory Board will meet on Wednesday, May 13, at 6:30 p.m., at the Dotzheim Local Administration Office, Haus der Vereine, Im Wiesengrund 14. The agenda includes, among other items, the topics “Accommodation on Stegerwaldstraße – former Hotel Rheineck,” “2027 Budget – Local Council Measures,” “Municipal Heat Planning,” “Boules Court in front of the Local History Museum,” “Langendellschlag Turnaround,” and funding.
The Bierstadt Local Advisory Council will meet on Wednesday, May 13, at 6:30 p.m., at the Bierstadt Local Administration Office, meeting room, Poststraße 11a. The Local Advisory Council members will discuss, among other things, municipal heat planning, the preparation of the 2027 budget, traffic safety at the Speierlingstraße/Nauroder Straße intersection, and funding.
