Constanze Zarth has many years of experience leading IT and digital transformation organizations. Most recently, she served as managing director of IHK Digital GmbH.  “Wivertis faces important challenges: Reliable IT operations remain the foundation, while at the same time, digitalization and technological advancement must continue to be driven forward within the city network. Constanze Zarth brings exactly the experience needed to lead and develop IT organizations for this purpose. We look forward to continuing on this path together with her and the Wivertis staff, and we thank Frank Brüning for his dedicated work over the past few years,” says Maral Koohestanian, Head of Digital Transformation and Chair of the Supervisory Board of Wivertis GmbH. 

The handover of management responsibilities will be prepared over the coming months to ensure an orderly transition and continuity of work. 

Wivertis GmbH is the central IT service provider for the City of Wiesbaden and operates across a broad spectrum of applications with varying requirements and service profiles for the city administration, as well as for municipal subsidiaries and municipal enterprises. Since the municipal reintegration on January 1, 2021, the state capital of Wiesbaden has been the sole shareholder of Wivertis GmbH.
