Climate Café: A Space for Discussion About Concerns Regarding the Climate Crisis

On Friday, October 23, at 7 p.m., the Wiesbaden Climate Café will take place for the fifth time at the Umweltladen, Luisenstraße 19. This open discussion is aimed at adults who would like to share their personal thoughts and feelings about the climate crisis, such as their concerns and fears.

The Climate Cafés held so far have shown how important it is to have a space where such feelings can be expressed. Feedback from participants has been positive: A large majority found the discussion to be a relief and reported feeling better afterward. Almost everyone felt less alone with their concerns. For many, meeting and talking with people in similar situations was particularly valuable.

The Wiesbaden Climate Café is organized by the Environmental Agency in cooperation with the Health Department of the state capital of Wiesbaden. Participation is free of charge. Please register at www.wiesbaden.de/klimacafe (opens in a new tab) or by calling the Environmental Store at (0611) 313600.

The next—and final—session of the year will be held on Saturday, November 28.
