Swimming Lessons at the Mainzer Straße Recreation Pool
Whether you’re taking your first steps in the water, improving your swimming skills, or refining your technique: Starting Sunday, November 15, new swimming courses from mattiaqua for children, teens, and adults will begin at the Mainzer Straße Recreation Pool, located at 144 Mainzer Straße.
The course offerings include four different formats. In the water familiarization course, children can gain their first experiences with water and develop confidence in the water. The advanced children’s course is designed for young swimmers who want to further develop their skills. For teens and children who want to improve their technique, a dolphin technique course is offered. Adults can further develop their front crawl technique and optimize their swimming strokes in the advanced front crawl course.
Each course consists of five sessions and takes place on Sundays at the Mainzer Straße recreational pool.
The water acclimatization session takes place at 9:00 a.m. The advanced swimming course for children follows at 9:45 a.m. The dolphin technique course for children and teens begins at 10:30 a.m., and the advanced crawl course for adults starts at 11:15 a.m.
