Closure of Biebricher Allee heading out of town: Impact on bus service
Due to road resurfacing, Biebricher Allee will be closed to outbound traffic near the intersection with Kaiser-Friedrich-Ring. Bus lines 4, 14, 47, and N3 will therefore be rerouted from Friday, October 23, around 8:15 p.m., until approximately Saturday, October 24, around 8:00 p.m. The work will take place on the weekend and during the night. Road markings will be applied on Sunday, October 25, while traffic continues to flow.
Coming from the main train station, the detour runs along Kaiser-Friedrich-Ring to Oranienstraße. There, the buses turn around and head back toward the main train station. They then travel along Am Landeshaus and Biebricher Allee to the “Fischerstraße” stop. From there, the regular route resumes. Trips toward the city center are not affected by this measure.
Please take these changes into account when planning your trips and allow for extra time if necessary.
Further general information is available at the timetable display cases at the affected stops. Up-to-date schedule information can also be found on the interactive route map at www.netzplan-wiesbaden.de (opens in a new tab). An overview of all detour notices is available at www.eswe-verkehr.de (opens in a new tab).
