Temporary Closure of Christian-Zais-Straße
Christian-Zais-Straße will be completely closed for a total of 17 days between Thursday, November 12, and Tuesday, December 22. The road will be closed each day from 8:00 a.m. at the earliest until 3:30 p.m. at the latest.
The reason is the performances of the Christmas play “Herr Bello und das blaue Wunder” at the Hessian State Theater in Wiesbaden. On each performance day, several buses carrying school and daycare children will arrive for the shows. To ensure that the groups of visitors can safely board and disembark on Christian-Zais-Straße, a full road closure is necessary.

The closure also affects bicycle traffic. Pedestrians may use their usual routes. The city asks for your understanding regarding the traffic disruptions caused by this measure.
