“Wiesbaden Engagiert!”: Information Evening at Zukunftswerk

How can businesses, nonprofit organizations, and the city government work together to make a positive difference for Wiesbaden? Answers to this question will be provided at an information evening for the “Wiesbaden Engagiert!” action week on Thursday, November 5, from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. at the Zukunftswerk in the Luisenforum, Kirchgasse 6, 2nd floor, near the bridge.

Employees from companies and government agencies who would like to volunteer for a day in 2027 for a good cause can learn—with no obligation—how the action week works and what opportunities it offers them.

Representatives of nonprofit organizations are also invited. They’ll learn how social service agencies, clubs, parent-teacher associations, and initiatives can benefit from collaborating with companies and how they can contribute their own project ideas.

“Many nonprofit organizations have good ideas, but need additional support to bring them to life. Through ‘Wiesbaden Engagiert!’, companies can provide concrete help by contributing their knowledge, skills, and drive. This benefits not only the organizations themselves but, above all, the people they serve,” emphasizes Andreas Kowol, Head of Social Affairs.

Registration is available via the QR code or at anny.eu/book/wiesbaden-engagiert-chancen (opens in a new tab). Further information about the event can be found at www.wiesbaden.de/leben-wohnen/gesellschaft-soziales/engagement/chancen-mit-wiesbaden-engagiert (opens in a new tab).
